Relaxing, Skin-Loving Facials in Rushden

Every facial is customised to your skin type and concerns. From Dermalogica facials to dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, we use expert products and techniques to deliver visible results for all skin types.

Dermalogica Facial

A personalised facial using professional-grade Dermalogica products to target your skin’s specific needs.

Ideal for concerns like dryness, sensitivity, ageing or congestion, this treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, massage and a treatment mask for healthy, glowing skin.

Dermaplaning

A deep exfoliation treatment that uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair (peach fuzz).

It leaves the skin ultra-smooth, bright and prepped for better product absorption. Suitable for all skin types, with or without a facial massage add-on.

Microdermabrasion

A non-invasive facial using a suction device to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, unclog pores and improve skin tone and texture.

Great for fine lines, dullness, and uneven skin. Best results when done weekly as part of a course.

Frequently Asked Questions

What To Expect From Your Treatment

Have questions about our facials and massages in Rushden? You’re not alone! Here are some of the most common things clients ask before booking – and everything you need to know to feel confident and comfortable ahead of your treatment.

What are the benefits of getting a massage?

Massage offers both physical and mental benefits. It helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Regular massage can also ease headaches, improve sleep quality, support better posture, and leave you feeling calmer and more balanced overall.

How soon will I see the results from a facial?

Most clients notice a visible glow, smoother skin, and a refreshed feel immediately after their facial.

Your skin will likely look more hydrated and feel softer right away, especially after treatments like Dermalogica facials, dermaplaning, or microdermabrasion.

For longer-term improvements – such as reduced breakouts, more even skin tone, or minimised fine lines – results are more noticeable after a few sessions, especially when facials are part of a regular skincare routine. Our experienced therapists will recommend the best treatment plan based on your skin goals.

If you’re looking for visible, professional results from our facials, we’ll tailor each treatment to suit your skin type and concerns for the best possible outcome.

Can I have a massage if I'm pregnant?

Massage can be safe and beneficial during pregnancy, but it’s important to choose a therapist trained in prenatal massage.

At Simply Beauty, we do not currently offer pregnancy massage. If you’re expecting, we recommend speaking with your midwife or GP before booking any treatments to ensure they’re right for you and your baby.

Will my skin be red after a facial?

Mild redness after a facial is completely normal, especially if the treatment includes exfoliation or extractions. This usually settles within a few hours.

If you have sensitive skin or are trying a new treatment, let your therapist know so we can tailor the products and techniques to keep your skin calm and comfortable.

How often should I get a facial?

For most skin types, a facial every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal to maintain healthy, balanced skin. If you’re targeting specific concerns like acne, congestion, or signs of ageing, your therapist may recommend a more frequent course of treatments.

We’ll always tailor a plan based on your skin’s needs and your goals.

Will the massage hurt?

Massage should never be painful. Some techniques may apply firm pressure, especially if you’re holding tension, but it should always feel manageable.

If anything feels uncomfortable during your massage, just let your therapist know – we’ll adjust the pressure to suit you. Our goal is to help you relax, not tense up!
